In this recipe, you will learn how to make chocolate brownies at home using cocoa powder, dark chocolate and other simple ingredients. These brownies are easy to make in one bowl with a whisk or a spatula. They are fudgy, moist and decadent, with a crackly top and a gooey center.
Chocolate Brownies are perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a birthday party, a potluck or a cozy night in. You can enjoy them plain or with your favorite toppings, such as vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or caramel sauce.

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and chocolate and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
