Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Baking soda

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Hot water

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

    Tip: To prevent the cake from sticking, line the bottom of the pans with parchment paper. Grease with melted butter and sprinkle some flour to make thin layer.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
